I am hopeful this form is the correct place to submit this concern: On or before 2/21/2020 I noticed that my front-yard sewer plate thing is all ripped up and askew like I've never seen it before and it just don't seem right. In front of the driveway there is a pothole that everyone hits when rounding the curve of the street. It is continually eroding the blacktop and also the concrete curb area.

At the intersection of Allendale and Walnut Street Pike there are several evergreen trees/bushes that make it nearly impossible to see the traffic coming north on Walnut St Pk and results in many cars pulling in out into cross traffic in a dangerous way. The trees are on private property on the south side of the intersection.
