The sidewalk on the north side of E Rogers Rd,mid-way between Spicewood ln and Sare Rd is completely obstructed by branches and bushes from adjacent properties rendering it impassable.
Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.
Overgrown grass. Student renters gone. Property manager substandard.
Alex Gul has not cut his lawn since he was in the paper - & you let him not cut it - several weeks back.
This lawn has not been mowed at all in 2020! Is the city EVER going to enforce the code and do anything about it?!!!
Growth is much higher than the 8 inch limit for a neighborhood yard. With the amount of rain we’ve had this summer, I’m concerned that this overgrowth could eventually become a health hazard.

Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Since about June/July last year, karate class is happening in my culdesac. At first it was a single student lesson, but then it turned into multiple students and multiple classes a week with parents/cars lining the street. There were 2 classes Sunday, another yesterday evening, and 2 more today. I'm almost positive the guy running classes is from MCMA which closed its dojo doors during the pandemic. We felt like this was okay when it started. One of the kids lives next door and it was one class here and there, but this is kind of getting out of control. I don't want to ruin it for the kids who are getting some activity, but I don't understand why they don't do this in the park. I guess my question is is there any problem with someone teaching karate classes in a public culdesac?
