Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.
The bus stop sign at the corner of S. Sare Road and E. Buttonwood Lane has been hit by a car and is leaning over. Overgrown grass. Student renters gone. Property manager substandard.
Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.
Weekly problem. No tags. Trash left out for days. Draws rodents. Homeowner issue, not trash service.
