Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. There is a water drainage issue at Spicewood ln across from Sherwood Oaks church on the project that is being complete. The water is not draining at this location. Also, the sidewalk from here to the roundabout at Sare road is extremely overgrown making it single file for bikers, runners and walkers in multiple areas.
