They appear to be missed as I've talked to 2 other neighbors one next door, one across and 2 houses up also missed

Heard the guy renting (Nick Robinson) bragging about how he always keeps his 4 dogs outside outback, and barely feeds them. *The attachment is him saying he hates dogs. Not sure if he was serious, but was hoping someone could stop by.
