The sidewalk here has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements. It appears from Monroe County Beacon GIS that the State of Indiana may own this property.

This stretch on Henderson between Miller and Hillside is particularly bad. I am a bicycle commuter and the worst area is on the right hand side of the south-bound side of the road (in my path going up the hill). Are there plans to repave this section in the near future? Thank you
