At Hillside and Henderson intersection, traffic that is eastbound on Hillside always gets the green left-turn arrow whether or not any cars are there. Eastbound Hillside at Henderson cycles a green left turn arrow when there are no cars turning left onto Henderson, while cars are stopped heading westbound.

For some time now, light at Hillside and Henderson has been activating left turn arrow unnecessarily. Arrow from Hillside EB to turn onto Henderson NB activates whether or not a vehicle is there. This delays Hillside WB traffic and at times causes a bit of a backup in front of the school and bus stop.
