On the south side of Winslow at the west side of Piccadilly there has been progressive erosion where the drain pipe goes under Piccadilly. Whenever we get a strong rain for five or ten minutes the ditch backs up on the east side of Piccadilly and does not flow freely under the road. The erosion mentioned has noticeably progressed this year and if left unabated the road will eventually be at risk of breaking at its edge. Also, be aware that the heavy rains flood the east side ditch and form a pool over the sidewalk which also spills out onto Winslow. We can see this from our home. Extreme Pot hole on W. Ison Road, Just South of Leonard Springs intersection. Pot Hole is on W. Ison as you travel South and on the first small hill from the Leonard Spings Intersection. Wife damage her car when hitting it. She's Pissed.
