I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. A trailer for a food truck has been parked on the street most of the time for the past 2-3 months. Is this legal? It's something of an obstacle when a vehicle is parked across from it.

7/3/24 our recycling was not picked up despite our bin being curbside since 7p the night before. It appears our recycling bin was skipped and the remainder of the neighborhood was collected.

The steetlight on 10th and grandview is out. Whenever it is dark it makes getting into the neighborhood quite spooky and unsafe.
