the insert for this recycling bin is damaged and has been for some time, it will not except recycling in its current state and needs replaced. This is on madison st between The Mill and Upland.
We were told by the crew that created the sidewalk on Sare Road that our hill on that side of our fence would be no-mow foliage or no-mow grass. It is currently as long as the other side of the new sidewalk. It is not safe for us to mow it with only having a zero-turn mower. How can we get it switched to the no-mow foliage we were told would be planted?
The amount of speeding on Kinser Pike is ridiculous, especially for a school zone. At least I thought it was, the school speed limit zone sign was removed last summer for some reason. Any time of day or night, multiple cars speeding.
I was walking on the B-Line this afternoon from approximately 3-4 p.m. While walking, a motorized bike was traveling at what I felt was an unsafe speed up and down the B-Line from 1st to 10th street. As he was approaching the Kirkwood area, he weaved in an out of walkers, joggers and other regular bikers.

There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. this home is my next door neighbor, had a fire in 2018, nothing has been done with the property, the yard is out of control. Concerned about me and my other neighbors property value, possibly vermin. The owner shows up occasionally and builds sculptures in the yard out of trash. Can something be done about this? The neighbor on the other side is also very worried. Maybe she's reached out also, don't know. would appreciate some feedback from whomever reads this.
