Garbage attracting rats; garbage strewn in front yard (1200 N. Woodlawn Ave.) Garbage strewn in back and side yards (1257 N. Woodlawn). Please start policing these areas regularly they are constant offenders
An excessive amount of trash - glass bottles, plastic, other - was spotted by Utilities employees in stormwater conveyances (suraface as well as culverts) in areas along N. Dunn St. between 17th St. and The Bypass. Broken glass was prevalent (see attached photos). Much was along the western side of the road near apartments. While following up on reporting the situation, it was suggested that a uReport case be filed for HAND to inspect through channels related to rentals. Thoughts? Thanks!
Construction materials sitting in the yard at 504 S Highland Ave.
Our neighbor at 8067 S Zikes Rd has had a pile of trash built up for years. We have complained before and it was taken care of, however, the past three tenants have just piled up more trash and other debris outside the garage close to our fence line and at one point against our fence. The owner of the property, last name Vanlandingham, has done NOTHING to clean up the property, he just continues to move people in, who then just add to the mess. We have had to keep our house sprayed outside to keep any rodents and bugs away and it is very expensive. We also have dogs and children and we don't allow then to be near that area of our own yard because we have no idea what is in the pile of trash.
Our neighbors who live at 526 N Lincoln street have had trash piling up around their trash cans for atleast a month and have yet to take their trash out to the curb on trash day. The trash is now spilling out into our yard and is starting to smell. Their back porch is also filled with empty boxes and more trash bags that have yet to be taken out as well.
Trash is piled up in the back yard of property. You can see it from the corner of Allen & Corey Lane
The occupants of this property store their several trash and recycling bins facing S Walnut St. At any given time, numerous pieces of trash litter the ground in front of the home, the parking area, and the alley. Their bins are often knocked over or overflowing. The trash has begun encroaching on the grounds of our office, which neighbors this home to the north. Thank you for your help.
