The trash and recycling pick up trucks on Roosevelt street constantly spill trash and debris into the yards and into the roads. The cans are often never fully emptied despite being closed and within the rules for pickup, and they are often left on their sides or open. This is not only an unsightly issue, but disruptive to the environment.
The trash bins at 1208 S Woodlawn Ave are left out in the driveway along the side of the road for multiple weeks, sometimes with trash inside for over 6 days at a time. There is no indication that the occupants will properly store their municipal trash bins. Trash bins are to be brought back to the house after 24 hours.
There is even MORE trash in the back yard now! PLEASE PLEASE make them clean it up! This is directly and very negatively impacting our properties. I've send several complaints. This issue is costing me so much money at this point. Please do something.
There is consistently debris around the building from the ongoing rennovations. Often broken glass, overflowing trash, and other unsightly and potentially hazardous materials.
Why is this allowed? This property is under "continuous abatement". I have no idea what that means, but this property still needs cleaned up!
Hello, the neighbors around this address has been very frustrated by the amount of trash in the yard that is now blowing into other people yards. There is a lot of people living there for a tiny home. Their backyard is an eye sore since they started parking there and exiting to the road. someone said this is illegal and also they have people living in a trailer they moved there. please do something. thank you
Trash from dumpster and donations left are littered throughout property and along Diamond Ave., W. Cottage Grove, Morevac Way and B-Line trail. The dumpster needs to be removed, contained or relocated. If the sources of litter are better managed the city wouldn’t appear so trashy. Homeowners and businesses need to be held accountable for the trash in our city generated from their properties. We should strive to do better. Maybe the next administration will take charge and help us get back to the beautiful Bloomington we used to have.
When walking southbound on the Jackson Creek Trail, just south of Winslow, there are a couple houses up on the hill to the left (located on Linden Hill Drive, or maybe Ashwood?) where various items have washed down into the ravine from backyards. This includes stairs, and what looks like portions of small decks. This is particularly noticeable now that the trees are bare. The homeowners should really be asked to clean this up, and prevent these objects from ending up the creek.
i live on madison and this place is an eye sore and their trash blows around the neighborhood. they even turned their backyard into a parking lot and put a trailer there. this is bring the whole neighbor hood down
