Sahara Mart has a temp sign permit but the sign is located in the row
Sahara Mart on the east side has permanent sign without permit
It is an impassable stretch between 2222 Covenanter and Pickwick and remains so even after my first Ureport. People are forced to walk in the busy Covenanter St.to reach the bus stop on High. Please take action.
Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.
Grass at Gul property & in city right of way now over 24" & city taking no action. This is looking more and more like arbitrary non-enforcement of code.
Property has grass 2-3 feet high. City has closed multiple cases reported concerning Gul property without enforcing code. Expect a lawsuit.
Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.
