Mr. Bell expressed concern about no speed limit signs along Ransom Lane between 2nd Street and Allen Street as this is a school bus corridor with safety concerns for his children and those of his neighbors. His formal request: install posted speed limit signs along Ransom Lane between 2nd Street and Allen Street.
