My name is Kaleen Dowdy, I work with Mackie Properties and we manage the Cameron Row HOA community. The homeowner of 2027 S. Ramsey Drive recently submitted a request that stated they believe the Oak tree (Scarlet) at the front of their unit near the street is dead. The City's Tree Map indicates this is a City Tree (I've attached a screenshot including all of the information from your Tree Map for this tree) and we are requesting that it be removed/replaced by The City. Trees down on west part of the loop in RCA park that is blocking the path. If you enter the trail off starry view and continue on the leftmost fork in the turns on the trail you’ll come across it. It’s before you reach the summit elementary, the western end of the condos along countryside are visible.

Blocked street from drop off and pickup of students. Cars are partially parking in 2nd St during drop off and pick up for school. Multiple people have complained multiple times over the past few years and nothing changes. The police department won’t address it because they say the school manages the drop off and pick up. However, they are blocking a city street twice daily. The school hasn’t responded. It is the city’s responsibility to ensure the streets are safe for driving. They’re even parking front of “No parking” signs. Please have the police address the city street being blocked repeatedly.
