I found my trash can like this after this morning's pickup. My guess is that it was replaced too close to (or partially in) the road after pickup and it was struck by a vehicle. I also noticed another bin on my block with this same kind of damage.

Hello, I reported a case regarding early morning trash pickup and was told that the waste removal company has been notified that per City code, waste removal is only allowed after 5 am. However, I noticed today and a few days ago, the trash was being picked up before or around 4 am. I hope that the City code is followed because it's been stressful waking up repeatedly by the noise in the middle of the night. Thank you.

I found a large recycling can (City-issued) in our front yard last Tuesday or Wednesday. It was lying in the grass partially under a shrub I got it upright and put it out by the street, thinking it might be a neighbor's. It's still sitting there. It doesn't appear to belong to anyone on our end of Mitchell Street. I don't how this bin came to be in our yard, but can someone come out and pick it up?
