Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. Why did you change the traffic flow of this roundabout? It use to flow very smooth. I drive northbound on Sare each day, and now that you have changed the flow, I wait each morning at the roundabout. When school starts, it will be a mess. When those apartments fill up and the rest of the Lakes is build, it will be much, much worse. Please consider changing it back to the way it was. Someone has too much time on their hands to change things like this, or else you have faulty data. It would have been nice if you asked for public comments before you changed it.

Dangerous intersection at Euclid and Second street due to zero visibility caused by overgrown weeds. Turning either way is suicidal.

The stop light at this intersection is very, very lengthy when attempting to exit east or west from Walker Street on to Second Street. It’s not uncommon to have to wait as long as five minutes or more for the light to change. Even in the evening when the traffic is really low it takes an extended period of time.

In the early morning,when I'm driving to work, around 6:00 a.m., the northbound/southbound lights only stay green for about ten seconds, while the other side stays green for up to 50 seconds, or longer. The mall isn't even open yet. They are working on timers, not sensors.
