Is the city finally taking the opportunity to fix the dangerous to pedestrian and hell to car crosswalk on 10th? Please say it's getting fixed to be better now that there is construction happening there. Anything would be better designed.

Hoping the opportunity to fix that dangerous and clogged mess of a crosswalk is happening even if it was something with steam tunnels that caused it to be dug up. Now is the time to make a huge improvement. Been talking to others about it in town and NO ONE thinks it's good as is. I think it's just east of Fee Lane. Thanks if so. And bless you if so. When trying to use the Bloomington uReport mobile app (iOS), attempting to report a streetlight outage, the app says to report it to Duke Energy at "www.duke-energy.com/lightre..." and then cuts off. I had to google search instead to find where to submit a report to Duke. Also, it shouldn't matter whether Duke maintains the streetlights or not. Constituents should be able to report a streetlight being out to the City, and then the City takes care of reporting it to Duke.
