This picture is at 200 E Clover Lane. You can see that they have kept brush out of the right of way. The bushes jump to the road at 2803 Blue Ridge. The brush makes it impossible to see oncoming traffic when turning left off Blue Ridge.

Heading south up the hill on N. Blue Ridge Dr. and planning to turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Dr. I cannot see traffic coming from Clover onto N. Blue Ridge. Clearing the right of way would be a big help.

This yard has been mowed one time this year and that was after I called the city in May. It's a mess and it's attracting bugs. I pay to have my yard treated and the one time they did mow, they blew all of their grass and thistles right into my yard. This is ridiculous.
