I am hopeful this form is the correct place to submit this concern: On or before 2/21/2020 I noticed that my front-yard sewer plate thing is all ripped up and askew like I've never seen it before and it just don't seem right. I live at 3913 E Breckenmore Dr. for the past four years. The city has done a great job of trying to patch potholes on Breckenmore (thank you!), but the problem is getting worse and more widespread. I would like to put in a request for re-pavement of the entire street. I was only able to attach one photo, but I have SEVERAL others documenting the problem areas. The entire street is crumbling.
