I use this route to take my children to school every single day of the week. I have noticed that if a vehicle is turning left from either direction off of E 10th Street they usually have to wait for oncoming traffic that is going straight through the light. This backup undoubtedly causes panic and frustration in drivers trying to make it to work or school in time because the line can be quite long. The solution for most drivers that I've noticed is to go straight through the light utilizing the Right Only turn lane. It doesn't take a genius to realize what can happen when someone unexpectedly blows through an intersection. The other issue is if the car turns left then you have 2 cars simultaneously going straight through an area that is meant to be one car. Today alone I watched 4 cars use the right lane one after another and almost cause a multi-car crash. This is especially dangerous because this area has a high volume of pedestrians feet away who are trying to make it to classes at IU. I have personally witnessed and almost been part of more accidents going in both directions at this intersection than anywhere in my entire life. I would like to offer some solutions rather than just complain. 1. Have a designated left turn lane instead of a right turn that people will inevitably blow through. 2. Add a left turn signal so one car don't hold up all of the traffic on that entire road causing people to get upset. 3. If you don't want to do either of those then at least install a sign that states the right turn lane is ONLY for right turns because people obviously don't understand what an arrow on the ground means. 4. Post a police officer here for about a week and I bet you'll see some changes. He is going to be busy though with all of the traffic violations witnessed. I would generally not even give this a second thought, but I travel this road everyday with my children to and from school. It is actually mind blowing how many close call accidents I have witnessed at this exact spot. Please look into this matter for the safety and well-being of your community. Probably a lateral sanitary line but could be a supply line. The sidewalk on the west side of Woodlawn has been perpetually wet for several weeks ever since the sorority there had some landscaping done using large, dirt-moving equipment. The wet spot is alongside the retaining wall on Woodlawn, ~20 sidewalk sections south of Third Street.

Snow on sidewalk
Every time it snows, the sidewalks by the sorority on the west side of woodlawn never get cleared, and they're an awful mess, prompting people to walk in the street.
No snow removal on Woodlawn. Please ticket! This is a busy area. Corner 3rd and Woodlawn, no longer tri delta but another sorority
Blocking alley and trash and debris in yard.
Please address the issue with the misaligned parking lot exits and trying to figure out who has the right away. Children are often in the vehicles leaving the data center lot and the people coming out of the hospital often don't use their turn signals or seem confused if they should go around a car to the right of cut to the left when each side is trying to turn left. This area has become very dangerous, and should either have a round about or a light in place to help traffic flow safely.
