Hello. I have a dead tree in the tree plot between the street and sidewalk. This was reported to the urban forester last year and he agreed the tree is the city's responsibility, but nothing happened. I would like to have the tree removed and a new suitable tree planted. Thank you.

Website & Web Services Feedback

At https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/parkingmap the map shows either Residential Parking or Other Permit Required (can't tell which as the symbols are identical) on one block South and one block East of the intersection E. Smith Ave. and S. Dunn St. I don't believe this is accurate. I have not seen signs posted in this area and there are not adjoining residences. They are also not in a Zone.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

Case Date:

There is a large pothole near the intersection of S Dunn and E Smith. Since people street park it is almost impossible to drive on that street without going through it.

I just reported this, but the app wouldn't allow me to edit. The tent is actually tied to the fire hydrant.

Street Snow Removal

3519 S Wellington DR

Great job on the part of a city of Bloomington snow plow! While cleaning off our driveway at 5:30 this evening, the city plow/truck came up the street. I was sure the truck would plow up a tall trail of snow at the foot of our driveway (which I had just cleared). Instead, the driver shifted the plow blade the other direction as the truck came past me on the driveway! This action was so kind and thoughtful that I wanted you to know about it right away. The driver should be commended for his quick understanding and caring response. Kudos to that wonderful guy!
