On the bicycle sidepath bridge, where Tapp Rd goes over Clear Creek, some sheet metal has pealed loose and sticks up. Here is a Google Maps Satellite view showing its location: https://goo.gl/maps/uyK2Pq3j1h12
porta potty has no toilet paper and desperately needs to be pumped.
Porta Potty's on both ends of these trails need cleaned. From Tapp to That rd.
The entire length of the Clear Creek Trail from Tapp Road to Church Lane needs serious tree trimming work. The number of branches obstructing the path is quite high all throughout the trail. It's dangerous as people dodge branches.
There is a bus stop at south clarizz blvd and woods at Latimer, however there is no street light near the bus stop. It is very unsafe and difficult to access the bus stop after 9 pm or after 5 pm in the winters. And since it’s a busy street it is often dangerous to cross the road to get to the apartments nearby. The turn for E stratum way and s clarizz blvd also needs a street light! As a woman I feel quite unsafe trying to get to my apartment later in the evenings
Trash in creek; visible from the 3 way stop at Clarizz and Buick Cadillac Blvd. Appears to be homeless debris- foam mattress topper, tarps or maybe clothing?
overgrown tree limbs hanging over the side walk of Clarizz and Buick Cadillac next to the bus stop. I walk this path everyday and its making it difficult to walk in this area. If it could get trimmed back that would be greatly appreciated.
Last week I reported this area for having homeless encampments and excessive trash. I don't think it ever got cleared out and it is getting worse. There are a number of shopping carts with foul smelling trash and whatever else. I walk this trail everyday with many other people and I hope that this area can get cleared out soon. Most days it seems like they are just dumping more trash without anybody really staying there.
FYI: I've tried submitting this several times using Safari on both macOS and iOS and I fails every time I include a photo, so I'm leaving it out for now but can provide it later if desired. (I think your webform doesn't know how to handle heic images.) In any case, I reported this issue to INDOT, but at first they said I should report it to IU. So I did. Then later they said I should report it to the city. So I am. This is an open/unpaved section of the multi-use path. It's been in this state for months and is getting worse. Can this be repaired?
