I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. Sidewalk along north side of 6th street between Lincoln and Grant is covered in broken glass. Looks like it might have come from the pink rental house on the corner of 6th and lincoln. This seems real dangerous, especially with the amount of kids heading to the library here.

At Moores Pike from the turn off to the AMC theater on up the hill, in front of Heritage Addition, Moores Pike is full of chug holes. It is really rough driving along that stretch of Moores Pike
