My neighbors have built up a huge pile of trash over the winter. This happens all the time - they will not take their trash out and it stinks up the entire neighborhood until the city gets involved and fines them or cleans up the property. The trash is in the back and front of the house.

We need sidepaths on east 10th at least to University School. Someone will be hit walking "the dip" Its been needed for years. More walkers in the last few!
Since I live at 4200 E Deckard Drive, I am a resident of Eastern Heights neighborhood and our community has been in desperate need for sidewalks along 10th Street from E. Etter Drive through to Grandview neighborhood. We also need crosswalks to University Elementary School. We understand the complications with it being a State road, but a meeting is needed to begin the formal process of gaining walking access in this area. Not only will it allow our children to walk to school, but it will provide community members in Tamarron and Eastern Heights the ability to safely walk to the bus stop and access the University and downtown without the use of cars.

The painted lines along 1200-1400 S. Dunn Street need to be repainted, as they are no longer visible, resulting in people parking haphazardly and blocking spaces.
Street lights are still out. I know I should get a pole #, but it's only at night when I'm going to get my Chinese food. 4 lights out total now. 3 where I place the map indicator. The one under the cursor and the ones to its left and right. As well as another one back toward Bloomfield Rd. ( but it jumps about 5 lights back from the cluster of 3 ) If it helps any, it's the same lights I reported a few months back, but have yet to be repaired. Miller Pipeline left their equipment in the corner of Washington and Cottage Grove in this position on a Friday night. My constituent believes that no one will remedy this before Monday. Is he right?
Please decrease the the amount of time that the green light is on for the Rolling ridge / twin lakes light side. I'm my opinion a 20 second time frame is a better time Please and thank you.
