Scooters blocking sidewalk and stairs in front of Johnson Creamery building. There were even more farther down where the sidewalk is more narrow, you can see them in the background in the attached photo. Saw eight of them total and all of them were in the middle of the sidewalk.

This is a second report about a possibly dangerous tree in Bryan Park. I reported it first after getting reactions from some usually knowledgeable people. Here is a sample. "Textbook example of root rot in an infected ash tree. That tree will fall soon. I've seen many on my property fall when they get to that stage." "VERY precarious, I have had trees fall over that were not that bad." "We just lost a 6yr from Boonville yesterday dead tree uprooted and fell on her. what are the odds of that... she was walking with her Grandma." So it sounds URGENT. Please put some CAUTION tape around it and maybe a sign if an arborist can't assess it immediately.

Line of Sight

Pulling out of Madison street onto Dodds is incredibly dangerous and hard to see. On the Northwest corner there is a limestone wall with plants that you can't see around without pulling out on to Dodds which is super dangerous since it's a skinny road. I don't think they need to fix the limestone wall or anything but putting a convex safety mirror across dodds on the electrical pole would solve this problem pretty easily. Thanks!

There are not enough garbage bins on the b line trail. Between country club and the park, there is only one. There is often trash thrown on the trail in the trees. Even 1 more at the start of the trail on country club would be helpful. Thank you.

Hello,
I am inquiring on clarification to a resolution on case #191206. It was reporting extended no parking zones along the intersections of 8th and Indiana. The yellow paint extended an extra three to five feet, removing parking spots for one or two cars. The afmormentioned message is in the attached file. The resolution states that the curb has been corrected and there will be updated neighborhood signs, but what does that mean? Thank you.
