Is there information online or could you direct me who to contact about rules/regulations/taxes? My recycling wasn't picked up today although it is on the schedule to be and all of my neighbors had theirs removed. No notes were left with it, it was sorted, etc.

I recommend removing the new zebra crossing at the lights on the corner of 3rd and Jordan. It is the only zebra crossong at this intersection but all pedestrian crossing at this intersection is controlled by crossing signals. I have seen a number of pedestrians cross against the crossing signal at this zebra crossing suggesting there may be some confusion regarding when pedestrians can cross.
