My neighbor's yard (weeds) at 3115 E Kensington Park Drive is excessively high. My house on S. Forrester backs up to this yard. This has continuously been an issue since the present owners moved in. I understand that they had a fire last summer and I mowed it for them throughput the fall, but they have moved back into their house and I would appreciate them taking appropriate care of their yard.

This home is left overgrown and is an eyesore on the Blue Ridge community. The weeds growing in the curb where it meets the asphalt are standing over a foot tall. The yard itself is well over a foot tall. The owner will occasionally mow a amsll section of this small yard, I suspect to meet some expectation of the city. This property truly detracts from the beauty of this well developed community and damages the property values of the homeowers in Blue Ridge.
