Weeds have grown out of control. Have not been maintained since the house was moved out of. The door has been hanging wide open for a couple of weeks and we fear that it will start becoming a squatting location.
Have not shoveled sidewalk.
Construction going on in back yard. No permit posted in an obvious place. Large excavation done against foundation. No supports in place and pit is dark at night. Drunks could fall in at night.
Large potholes from previous pipe work in the alley behind the Hutton Honors College. Some are large enough to cause damage to cars driving over them.
There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property.So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. As usual with Pendragon Properties' horrible care...their lawn is not being maintained and very overgrown
Trash and a massive pile of treelimbs have been in driveway and yard for over 3 weeks now.
I live in the West Point neighborhood. It has been more than 24 hours after the snow stopped accumulating yesterday (Mon., Feb. 16 around 6pm). Many public sidewalks abutting properties here are not shoveled. This includes up and down Woodhill Dr. and S. Larkspur Ln., and the adjacent side streets. This neighborhood has many people that normally walk around, enjoying the neighborhood, but now the sidewalks are hampered due to residents' and/or property owners' violation of municipal code. Please issue citations in this neighborhood, in hopes that people will take responsibility in making it a safe and non-hazardous neighborhood. Thank you very much! Happy Winter!
1301 Woodhill Dr and 815 S. Larkspur Ln, both owned by Pendragon Properties have been vacant for weeks now. It is common practice for Pendragon it seems to leave windows open (presumably because they turn off HVAC to save costs?), and it has been humid and rainy increasing the chances of Black Mold and other issues related to moisture. This is not something new, and has been observed on these same properties an others in the neighborhood numerous times over the years. They are currently showing the houses to rent to (i.e. scam) new tenants, and it seems best if people were informed of their problems or if possible for the houses to be inspected. (Presumably, knowing Pendragon, there are other problems as well.)
811 S Larkspur Ln has had a pile of waste in front of the house for a week now.
