the water quality on the west side is below deplorable. especially since the fire Saturday morning! I do know about the water quality problems on the southwest side how long did you think it would take to get to the west side? I can get better water straight from the lake. the water smells like a bathroom door on a tuna boat!!! Corner of Banta & Graham outdoor cats. Have seen up to 9 at one time. Resident just sits cat food spilled out and the cats come and go.

Lot hasn't been mown all season. Grass seed heads are 3-feet-tall throughout yard. Notices have been left on front door but it's obvious property is vacant.
