I'm glad that they white lines for stopping at the stop signs at Rhorer Rd. & So. Walnut St. Pike were moved back some(probably due to bus turning "issues"). However, I think it will only work if the stop signs themselves are moved back to match up with the stop lines. People still continue to stop at the sign itself, causing some turning issues I've seen for bigger vehicles. Thanks.
Southern winds 'hotel'. Located at 3000 S. Walnut st. Excessive bed bugs. This is a serious health hazard that the landlord has been informed of, and done nothing about. I am a social worker and believe that the infestation is causing mental and physical trauma for the residents.
Bus 5, plate 81838, almost struck my car in the roundabout at Rogers/Sare. The bus entered late, failed to yield, and was speeding. This bus needs a safety class--this was reckless driving with passengers.

Dear Sir There are three Potholes between 4ft to 2 ft with 4~6 inch deep on the W. Leonard Springs Rd. between W Ison Rd & Hwy 45, there are on the right lane if you gone to the Hwy 45. There are becoming bigger every day, causing unsafely driving specially on the night, I hope they can be patched ASAP. Also there are some small potholes starting to be forming on the S. Leonard Springs Rd. between Cedar Chase & W Fullerton Pike. Thanks & have a happy holidays
Road (asphalt) is cracked from one side to another - all of its width, right in front of 1630 S Ira St. Please fix/pave/take corrective measures for crack not to become worse.
The alley way behind Mother Hubbard's Cupboard (1100 W Aleen St) needs gravel. Traction is limited right now, but we need to be able to have trucks move through without getting stuck. Thank You

Hello. I am requesting a crosswalk be installed across Liberty Drive at Constitution Way. There is a bus stop at this intersection, and many people--including myself--cross Liberty Drive at this point. The traffic is often consistent and fast, thus making crossing Liberty Drive dangerous and time-consuming. This pothole feels like it is 3 feet deep. 2 days ago my friend fell off his bike in his head because of it and I drove through it last night in the rain and now have a 3" gash in my tire sidewall.
