West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. The City cut down one of the ash trees in front of our house, but one one ever came back to remove the stump or replace the tree. The other ash trees in our neighborhood were cut down and the stump was removed and the tree was replaced. Will our stump get removed?

Our ticket #175393 was closed. It states that the tree cut down by the city could not be replaced due to utility issues. We are ok with that and fully understand. However, is it possible for the stump to be removed? We keep cutting the new growth on the top of the stump, but it does not look very good.
