Elderly Homeowners at 2502 have a horrid, unstable, "fence" made out of literally garbage. They also have a literal shanty town of shacks and homemade sheds in their backyard, some of which are wired with electricity which I imagine is NOT UP TO CODE. FIRE HAZARD. DISEASE HAZARD as well since i have seen raccoons and opossum going in and out of the sheds nearest my property line like they own the place. Not only does it look like absolute shit, it IS A DISEASE AND FIRE HAZARD. I DEMAND SOMETHING BE DONE ABOUT THIS.

Homeowners at 2502 have fence that is falling apart into the property of 2504. Their "sheds" in their backyard are wired for electricity but undoubtedly not to code. Not to mention the major health hazard from the raccoons and opossum that come and go from the shantytown as they please. Fire hazard, health hazard, eyesore.

The warning signage that indicates 'wrong way' and 'do not enter' are blocked by foliage. These are the signs that are to prevent west bound traffic from getting into the east bound direction, (Bloomfield road, just prior to oak dale /Basswood intersection.) The intersection of Winslow Rd and Walnut Street Pike need the Right Turn Only sign replaced. After spending a bunch of money redoing that intersection to prevent people going straight or turning left, the Right Turn Only sign was torn down soon after it was put up. The bent up sign was propped up on some wood for a few weeks and now it's laying down too. Almost every time I drive past there I see a car going straight or turning left.
