Hi, right in front of the CVS on E. 3rd Street and the bypass, the button for the pedestrian crosswalk is yanked out of the pole.

Traffic continually builds up here. The addition of the I-69 interchange will only make things worse. Very little traffic comes from northbound or southbound Rockport Rd. especially at peak travel times. A flashing red/yellow light combination would be a great improvement to a four way stop, even if only temporarily.
