Hey! I am wondering who is responsible for clearing the multi-use trail all along Bloomfield Rd? I thought it's the city's responsibility but it seems inconsistently cleared. Why isn’t the speed bumps painted in a yellow or some time of color, so we aren’t tearing our cars up just going the speed limit? Please paint them. They blend in with the road.
