There is a retaining wall located between the houses on S. Sweetbriar Circle and S. Henderson St. I realize that the wall is on the private property, but was wondering if the city had any details about how the wall was constructed or if there was a specific code that the builder was supposed follow in order for the city to permit the wall.
Duke now has all the street lights out from South Drive up to Miller. Thankfully the high school kids are out this week.
I have called 2 times to get these 2 separate line of sight safety issues taken care of. Please see attached photos of the intersections of Allen Street and Bloomfield Rd. This intersection has bushes/small trees/over growth ect... and need trimmed way back so this problem doesn't come right back in 30 days. Thank you in advance for taking care of this safety issue.

Hi, I let you know again again because the person before couldn't find the dead animal. I reported it is still there next to the Bloomington utilities fire station number 5. As you exit the parking lot, there is a stop sign across the sidewalk from the top from the stop sign is an oak tree and under the oak tree is some flat gray fur that doesn't smell anymore but it is still there. Street lights are still out. I know I should get a pole #, but it's only at night when I'm going to get my Chinese food. 4 lights out total now. 3 where I place the map indicator. The one under the cursor and the ones to its left and right. As well as another one back toward Bloomfield Rd. ( but it jumps about 5 lights back from the cluster of 3 ) If it helps any, it's the same lights I reported a few months back, but have yet to be repaired. My dog/puppy a 7 month old, recently became ill with a bacterial infection from eating deer poop in the neighborhood. One of my neighbor's dog also developed a similar condition. I wanted to report that there is a sick deer in the area.
