Patterson and Fairview light timing messed up. Constantly switching to red after about 10 seconds even with no traffic waiting on sensors

The traffic light on Patterson goes red after 1-3 cars pass through. This happens over and over again even though there are no cars on Farview. I have waited upwards of 7+ light cycles to get through this light. This delays drivers and increases pollution. This has been an issue for months, please fix the issue.
