Hello, I work for a company called EmployBridge and I was wondering how I can get a permit for us to post a banner out front by oursidewalk next to the road? We are a staffing agency and this is how we are advertising for new hires. Please, feel free to email me at Alexis.Hemmerling@employbridge.com I appreciate it! Thank you!
Lawn signs have been placed on Sherwood Oaks entrance and the Winslow/High Roundabout public spaces for Hope Church and Crossfit. There are also signs for Watch Our Walkers throughout the public spaces. The Walkers signs seem like a public service, but I do not think Church or business promotions should be placed outside of private lawns. The signs have been up for more than 2 weeks. I live in Sherwood Oaks and the signs make it look like our entire neighborhood endorses these businesses when placed alongside then neighborhood sign. Thanks for looking into it!!

Hello. I am a graduate student at the Kelley School of Business. This semester my team and I are responsible for consulting with a small business, Wick's Wheels, to help the store gain more access to students and make a greater presence on campus. One of the things we are recommending is the business have a "booth" opened on Kirkwood for next welcome week helping to kickstart a scooter rental idea we are pitching to them as well. I am just wondering for reference, would the business have to gain a permit to set up on Kirkwood somewhere or how would that work? Thanks!
Large "For Rent" banners are draped in front of 401 E. Cottage Grove and 308 E. Cottage Grove. Both properties are managed by "Jamar Properties" and owned by the same individual. I phoned them to ask they be taken down but the woman did not seem to understand what I was talking about.
Neighbors are wondering what this metal black box is, zip-tied to the entrance of the Eastside Neighborhood (where Hunter turns into the walking path on Mitchell). Is this something the City has installed and, if so, what is it? If it is not City-sanctioned, can it be removed? It's a little creepy. Thank you on behalf of Eastside neighbors.
