Intersection of 2nd and woodlawn. Lots of potholes all over
Patterson traffic lights at West 2nd have never been green long enough. This causes traffic to back up on Patterson and people running the red light to get through the intersection. Patterson needs another 5 seconds of green for the left turn arrows and 5 more seconds green to cross 2nd Street. This would allow another 3-5 cars through the intersection each cycle. Most of the time there's no traffic on 2nd Street while the Patterson lights are red.
Excavation cover plate on E. 2nd Street and Rose Ave. has moved and poses a danger to vehicles, especially motorcycles and bicycles. Thank you
