We're over 1 miles from Bloomington South High School (off South High St), yet every Friday night for the past couple of weeks we've heard the PA system announcing the football games as clear as day. It has been going on a month since the apartment complex here has emptied the dumpsters, trash is everywhere near the dumpsters as people continue to add to it. Every dumpster in the complex is full and it's starting to get into people's yards.

What is going on here? A half-deconstructed building that is a danger to all who seek shelter on this property and a general eyesore. Are you aware that the 8’ basement is nearly full of water. Not a very safe place to bathe…I believe the city planning department (or the city in conjunction with the county) has the ability to condemn this structure and cause the cleanup of this site.
