thanks for taking care of the sewer smell. i just finished my afternoon rounds of downtown, smell and what ever residue was on the grate is gone. thanks

I wasn't sure what category would be best to file this in - In an alley between Fairview and Maple there is an extremely deep grate that I have seen people and cyclists (even with headlights) hurt themselves in. It would be nice if it could be made less deep in some way

Good Morning, When playing near the baseball diamond behind the Bryan Park pool, we noticed these rods sticking out of the concrete behind the snackbar area of the pool. It would be nice if they could be covered in some way, or at least bolted so there is not as big of a risk for impalement or other serious injury if someone tripped, especially for young children. No Problem to report, just once again saying thank you for the quick responses to all of the reports I list. I know I submit a lot of little piddly ones too, and I never expected to see such a fast turn around time on them as well.
