concerned with Fence around solar panels at Winslow Trail. If you are putting barbed wire across the top, I don't think you are putting in a tall enough fence at location just north of baseball field. Due to elevation of the trail vs top of fence barbed wire will be to low, chain link fence needs to be 2 ft taller, then barbed wire.
