Excessive Growth
Bloomington City Hall
- Case Date:
- 8/12/2020
at the junction of the cul-de-sac curb and sidewalk there is a lot of street rubble (broken up road chunks), its unsafe and unsightly. Can it please be removed. Thanks
There was construction going on for a few months on the entrance into the plaza but has since stopped abruptly. The crew has not been back to finish off the street and all sides of the streets are completely torn apart and damaged. This is unacceptable and can significantly damage one’s vehicle! When is this going to get finished?
Overgrown tree is dangerously close to our house. Its root system is damaging our driveway, is intertwined with our electrical boxes, and have roots hitting our house. We are requesting the removal of the tree and roots and the replanting of a new one. Please advise as we want to ensure that the overgrowth doesn't overlap with the winter months. There are better pictures, however, I can only upload 1 of them. Thank you.

Easement is completely overgrown with trash accumulating and is partially blocking sidewalk and makes social distancing nearly impossible along this stretch. This is the easement area for 1417 Bradshire and 1423 Bradshire. I believe these are rental properties.
Lack of hot water
Cascades Park parking is incredibly confusing. Tried to approach from south but said detour and didn't direct anywhere. Half hour later found through the golf course in the north. Closing to through traffic is fine but should at least be able to get to a parking lot from the south before a road close. It should said closed to through traffic on south instead. And then road closed after a lot. Major deterrent to use of park.
Totally cool to close Cascades to traffic cutting through but not the main entrance totally to even parking there! Other entrance is 20 minutes away. W people won't use park as much or will kill gas in the environment if they do. At least allow some form of parking on south end. Get a new lot if needed. But that's the main access point. Why have City parks if you have to have unlimited time and an ablist bike to use them?
