I live at 900 E 1st St. On Mondays, there is a single trash pickup nearby that occurs shortly before 5 a.m. Trucks then return later. Is this early truck from the City, and if so why does it come so early to just one home?

Following up on case# #185581: The people who ride those scooters are typically rude dismissive of common decency. They ride fast on sidewalks even when there are people present, they ride them in the dark in groups, sometimes 2-3 on a single scooter, they *often* ride the wrong way on one-way streets, and if you make a comment to them about hazards they are creating they curse and/or gesture obscenely. Please please please ban them from the city. Yesterday there was another accident - 10th/Woodlawn this time. Does the City really want to be known as a place that encourages people to risk their lives, and turn a blind eye when people are injured or killed? How many more accidents is it going to take for you to wake up and stop the insanity.

City workers replacing sidewalks on south side of 1st Street between Ballantine and Jordan has started well before 7:00 a.m., estimiate 6:20 a.m. for a couple of days now, violating the city's own noise regulation. It is not intermittent, but rather a cement truck continually backing up.

Hello, I live at 514 S Grant St. This morning a private company (All Seasons Heating and Cooling) started digging up the alley directly in front of my driveway. The alley connects Grant and Lincoln on the 500 S block. There was no prior notice given that my driveway would become inaccessible. I assume this is not the city's protocol for these type of instances.
Street Snow Removal

I live at the corner of Kirkwood and Elm Street. I am disabled and have a caregiver coming this morning. There is nowhere for her to park. The snow plow rather than have the blade plow the snow piled up near the cemetery retaining wall, has plowed a huge bank of snow near the sidewalk and has blocked me in my garage. I am trapped and not able to leave. I cannot shovel the snow because of my disabling conditions. There’s nowhere for my caregiver to park. Please help, I’m trapped.
Also, when I called yesterday evening to report the issue 812–349–3448, someone named Jared, the operator, was very condescending and sarcastic on the phone to me. Extremely cavalier and quite nasty. It seems as though he delighted in telling me that there wasn’t anything that could be done. His tone and inflection were both rude and patronizing.
Thanks,
Erica Payne

Near the workout equipment on the northwest corner of the Bryan Park there is a hole (see picture). Someone put a metal "donut" over it to warn passersby. Seen Monday morning around 8. Your map location feature is harder to use it used to be.

City of Bloomington truck#415 had four individuals occupying said truck and none of them were wearing masks. I know city policy dictates that if more than one individual is occurring a vehicle, they need to wear a mask. If it helps, it was a white Dodge Ram pickup and has city sticker on side. Please address the importance of mask wearing.
