I live right next to Bryan Park and walk my dogs there daily. Lately, there has been a noticeable increase in the amount of pet waste left uncollected by other dog owners. The middle path through the park is particularly bad. You can hardly go 10-15ft along the path without encountering a pile. I have stepped in several while moving out of the way for cyclists. I don’t have a good solution on how to fix this, people just aren’t picking up after their dogs and it’s becoming an issue.

Walking the trails and street line next to Latimer Woods and at the bus stop of E Buick Cadillac Blvd and S Clarizz Blvd I realized that there has been more trash filling in this area. There are now three shopping carts and some homeless encampments. The area has a foul smell. I walk this area almost every morning and this part of the woods has gotten worse with trash and encampments.

There is broken glass out in the road at the three way intersection of Buick Cadillac Blvd and Clarizz Blvd. There are encampments in Latimer Woods that are bringing this trash and glass out.

Run each morning next to the mall and the Latimer woods and there have been homeless encampments in the wooded area of Latimer woods for 3-4 months now. This morning it had a more unusual foul smell than usual, like the smell of something/someone dead. There is broken glass and trash throughout the woods and coming out of that area as well

Two tulip poplars south of the baseball outfield have significant damage to the base of their trunks, possibly from lawn mowers. They look like they could pose a hazard. Can someone look at them?
