This Jeep has been parked for Two hours with an expired meter. Black Jeep in front of Church next to Chipolatas.

There are quite a few meters in the downtown area that do not have the green sticker with the parking area, and therefore cannot be paid for using the Parkmobile App. I usually do not have change, and don't like to use my credit card in the meters. Can you do an inventory of this issue and replace the stickers?

Bedrak Café- will tow vehicles after hours for $200.00. Their signs are nowhere near the parking spots that are considered 'private'.
