But as we noticed that policemen did not take any actions to protect students' safety and send any warning massage to inform students after that. The flowers/weeds at this address are so high that you cannot see to pull out onto Henderson street from Allen Street.

The reflective signs designating the runoff/curb/flower boxes on Allen Street are white. They completely disappear in the snow. Several cars have driven into and over the curbs. Large yellow/green/red signs are needed to make these less hazardous.
