Potholes all across the road on Fee between the business school. Its hard to not hit them and miss the students at the same time.
There is a massive hole in the northbound bike lane on Fee Lane north of 10th St. It is hazardous and forces cyclists to swerve into the motor vehicle travel lane which creates conflicts and danger.

Water fountain at Ferguson running constantly. Messed with buttons and unable to get water to stop running.
Five of the trees in the Fergusan Park have been very damaged in the last few days. Can't tell if it was machinery, a chain with a large dog (doubt it for all five trees) or purposeful vandalism. At least one of the trees has deep gashes all around.
Difficult to see southbound traffic on Smith because of weeds.
The grass along Smith Road is pretty high. It's hard to see what's coming southbound on Smith.
