Limb down on sidewalk and a tiny bit into the street, just west of the intersection of Indiana Ave and 6th St, on the north sidewalk.
Several potholes that were filled once, but are present again now.
There are two deep potholes at this intersection that need to be repaired. The potholes are next to the parking lot of Royal on the Eastside where they do repairs (NOT the car dealership).

Street light is out.
Pedestrian light at the northwest corner is partially obscured by overhanging branches. Also, branches of a tree in the yard of the house on the southwest corner, are hanging over the road (Second Street) and making it impossible to see the color of the traffic light until you are almost at the light, when you are driving towards Rogers and Binford schools. However, this is only a problem in the summer when there are leaves on the tree.
Dangerous Parking: There is a white Cooper car IN license plate HWC880 parked on the west side of Eastside Drive(right up to the intersection) blocking visibility to either pull out onto Maxwell or turn onto Eastside.
