Bypass and 46. Timing of lights for traffic travelling north and south crossing the 45/46 bypass is way too short. The year is 2014, not 1978. The traffic is jammed and ridiculous. I like how you accommodate the quarry and have longer lights at certain times of the day, especially when there is no traffic from the quarry or at the intersection and the light lasts the length of time it should always be. The time of day it needs to be adjusted is the morning and evening rush hours. Also, your sensor form the turn signal heading east turning towards Marsh does not work properly and doesn't always recognize when a vehicle is at the light waiting for the left turn signal. The signal control at this intersection has been a joke way too long and I find it hard to believe this is the first time your have heard about it. Open your minds... I-69 is on the way and if you don't plan now then this city is in big trouble.
NW corner crosswalk button disconnected/not working. Pete Ellis & 46 by funeral home.
street light out at corner of north rosewood court and west rosewood drive in northwood estates which is a school bus stop
I am wondering about the wind fall limbs in local parks, am I allowed to pick it up and take it home for my fire place???? Also when the City cuts down trees what happens to the wood??? Thank you for you time. I have lived in many places and Bloomington has some of the best parks I have seen. Thank you for that

street light out at S Brighton Crest and Cadberry in Gentry Honours
Green Traffic Light Out @ corner of N. Curry Pike and W. Woodyard Rd. heading west. It is the green light on the rightmost signal.
The intersection on Park and 2nd street is one of the most confusing intersections in Bloomington. I have personally nearly gotten in an accident while in this intersection dozens of times. The way it is currently set up is confusing and is always leading to congestion.
Since you have implemented meters, I have only gone downtown a few times a year. It'd be nice if you posted signs where parking is free. To figure out where there is free parking in this town is almost impossible. Why not parking holidays during the summer for residents?
